We have always owned Britax seats and have been very happy until we purchased this one. The straps are always twisted as others have stated and it is really a pain to have to fix them every time we take our 4 year old in and out. We wanted something that was safe and provided a booster with harness option and this is it, but we are really disappointed. Especially for the money. We are going to tough it out because of that. My daughter also complains that it bothers her back on long car trips because the back is so hard and does not have great lumbar support.
